A woman from Western New York is suing former Buffalo Bills player Eric Moulds, claiming he “knowingly gave her herpes.”

Moulds ‘knew, or should have known he had a sexually transmitted illness’ prior to their sexual contact, and he failed to disclose this knowledge, according to the lady, who is identified in the case but not made public.

In the complaint, the lady from Western New York also makes the shocking allegation that Moulds’ own pregnant fiancé called her and advised her to be checked for herpes and other STDs.

Since then, the lady has reportedly tested positive for type 2 herpes simplex virus.

The case also allegedly involved social media, as the lady claimed to have discovered additional people who had allegedly contracted sexually transmitted diseases from Moulds.

Not only have none of those ladies come forward, but it has also not been disclosed how many more women Moulds was allegedly associated with.

“All of the accusations contained in the lawsuit are false,” Moulds’ lawyer, Frank LoTempo III, told the Buffalo News.

LoTempo said that although the woman’s lawyer, Kevin Stocker, contacted him, Moulds has not yet received the lawsuit.

“After we are properly served, I will reply and defend this, most likely up to a trial,” LoTempio stated.

According to the complaint, Moulds and the lady from Western New York began communicating in 2018 when the now-51-year-old former wide receiver messaged her on Instagram.

According to the complaint, the two sometimes exchanged texts before deciding to commit to a long-term relationship last January.

According to the complaint, the lady and Moulds last had intercourse in November 2023, which was 13 months ago. In December 2023, after suffering symptoms and having no other sexual partners, the woman tested positive for herpes.

In addition to being a member of the Bills’ 50th anniversary squad, Moulds, a three-time Pro Bowler, played with the team from 1997 to 2005.

He played for the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans after leaving Buffalo, but he was cut at the end of the 2007 season and never played for another team.
