CBS Sports: Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott Opens Up About Lions Controversy.

The Lions, on the other hand, come into the game with a 3-1 record and have only fallen to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Cowboys and Lions are playing each other in a particularly dramatic game since the previous time the two teams played, the game ended in controversy. With 23 seconds remaining on the clock, there was a debate around whether Lions left lineman Taylor Decker had appropriately reported to the official that he was eligible to receive a pass on the two-point conversion effort. Officials ruled that Decker’s catch of the pass in the end zone was illegal touching, meaning there were no points awarded.

Recalling that instance, Prescott declares he’s prepared to take on the Lions’ “personality” on Sunday.

“Next week is our bye week. We’re going to celebrate our victory and then bid each other farewell,” he remarked. “After that, we’ll figure it out.”

Then, Prescott brought up the contentious call that concluded the game the previous season.

“On our end, there was a flag that was called the wrong way that was missed earlier,” he claimed. “I anticipate that they will emerge with the same demeanor as the club they have represented. We have faced this defense in the past few seasons, so we are familiar with it.

“There’s a Grudge Match,”
