CBS Sports: Injury update, Browns’ fans favorite star man is anticipated to play against the Commanders.
It is anticipated that tight end David Njoku of the Cleveland Browns (ankle) will play against the Washington Commanders, according to information shared with NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. Njoku is scheduled to open on Sunday.
On Wednesday and Friday, Njoku, who hasn’t played since Week 1, participated in practice only sporadically. The tight end for the Browns, nevertheless, did not take part in Thursday’s practice. He was formally classified as dubious for Week 5.
