CBS Sports: NFL fined Lions sensational Rookie Cornerback for misconduct following…
Terrion Arnold, a rookie cornerback for the Detroit Lions, has received his first-ever fine in the National Football League, therefore he has a bit less money.
The No. 24 pick now faces a $11,255 punishment after being called for a facemask penalty against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide defensive back has been called for three passes interference calls and one facemask foul in his first two career games.
During his weekly media availability this week, defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn stated that his safeties unit works well together and that the coaching staff should utilize the secondary team’s collective skill set.
It appears that Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph will make a successful team for the foreseeable future.
Glenn said, “I believe I mentioned last week, man, these guys—all five of them, including Amik (Robertson)—haven’t really had an opportunity to simply work together from OTAs to training camp, and we’re just now beginning to get that.
“I’m also referring to the corners. But you’re right—they really, very nicely complement one another, and we need to make use of their skill sets.
