SHOCKINGLY, Steffi Graf received the biggest shock of her life after controversial saga with husband Andre Agassi.
At the Wimbledon Ball following the event, the tennis players got together.
In observance of International Women’s Day, former tennis star Andre Agassi has released never-before-seen images of his wife, Steffi Graf.
The 54-year-old athlete posted a plethora of intimate photos to Instagram over the weekend, including a romantic image of the couple cuddling at home, pictures of Steffi on the front cover of Vogue, a sweet black-and-white family portrait, and a glimpse of Steffi taking a stroll along the coast.
The athletic duo was also seen in a sentimental picture holding shining prizes and grinning with joy. While Andre looked dapper in a tuxedo with an incredible mane of hair that fell over his shoulders, Steffi was seen sporting a pastel blue silk gown with exquisite capped sleeves.
Andre wrote the sweet message, “Happy International Women’s Day to the strongest woman I know…,” in his caption.
One fan wrote, “She’s still so beautiful!!!!” Another said, “Steffi has that regal vibe about her,” and a third added, “Love you both! Thank you both for being wonderful examples of parenthood, athletes, and exemplary human beings.” Fans poured their hearts into the comments section for the adored couple.
During her professional career, Steffi, a 55-year-old former tennis champion, won 22 major singles titles. Highlights include winning the French Open six times, the US Open five times, and Wimbledon an incredible seven times.
Andre, meanwhile, has won eight grand slam titles and was once the world number one in the men’s singles division.
Following their respective Wimbledon singles championships, the two were formally presented to one another at a post-tournament ball. They started dating immediately after the US Open in 1999 and subsequently walked down the aisle three years later in Las Vegas.
Together, they have two children: a daughter named Jaz Elle was born in 2003, and a son named Jaden was born in 2001.
Andre recently stated in an interview with E! about their continuing romance: “We like cooking together. We enjoy going on hikes together. Dividing and conquering, we even like going grocery shopping together. It’s real life, then. We are also fortunate.
“I think it’s like success in life or in anything you do,” the father of two went on. I believe that you have to be determined to be the best version of yourself while balancing the needs of others, giving what you have and not trying to offer what you don’t have. However, when you can give it your best effort, don’t leave anything in the tank.
