ESPN: Fans favorite right-handed pitcher signs a multi-year contract with the Detroit Tigers.

Jack Flaherty Signing With the Detroit Tigers on an Extremely Modest Deal -  Bleacher Nation

Jeff Passan reports that right-handed pitcher Jack Flaherty has agreed to a two-year, $35 million contract with the Detroit Tigers. Following an outstanding season with the Tigers the previous year, Flaherty returns to the team under the terms of the pact, which includes an opt-out after the first season.

Flaherty is guaranteed $25 million in 2025 and $10 million in 2026 under the terms of the deal. Additionally, his second-year compensation may reach $20 million if he starts 15 games in 2025.
