How Jayden Daniels Made NFL History vs Arizona Cardinals

The Washington Commanders ended the Philadelphia Eagles’ 10-game winning run and prevented them from celebrating the NFC East championship with a thrilling 36-33 comeback victory. Leading the assault was rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, whose outstanding play and composed manner were essential in getting over major challenges. “[Dan Quinn] spent the entire week discussing this. After considering the team’s mentality, Daniels told Fox NFL’s Pam Oliver, “We want to be one of the heavy hitters, we gotta beat the top dogs.”

The Commanders persevered despite falling behind 14 points early on and behind by 13 points going into the fourth quarter. In the last quarter, Daniels threw three touchdown touchdowns, including the game-winning ball to Jamison Crowder with six seconds remaining. He said, “No, not at all,” when asked whether he had any doubts about the team’s capacity to make a comeback.

“I adore such kinds of circumstances. If you truly enjoy this sport, you live for the moments when plays must be made and the ice is thin.

Jayden Daniels became the first rookie quarterback to have five throwing touchdowns and more than 65 running yards in a single NFL game at the end of the contest. He displayed unflinching confidence even though he had already thrown two interceptions. Daniels led Washington’s running assault with 81 yards on nine attempts and completed 24 of 39 throws for 258 yards. According to CBS, Sunday’s triumph was also a historic milestone for the squad since Daniels became the first quarterback in Commanders history to toss five touchdowns in a game since 1991, the team’s final Super Bowl winning season.
