After their bye week, the Buffalo Bills will want to build on their impressive play, which included defeating the Kansas City Chiefs for the first time this season and winning six in a row. The concerns surrounding No. 17 are gone, as Josh Allen is playing what may be the finest football of his career, wheeling and dealing in Joe Brady’s scheme. Due to Allen’s receiver-by-committee offensive strategy, many were concerned that 2017 would be a disappointing year for both Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis. It appears that their worries were unfounded after 11 weeks.

To no one’s surprise, CBS Sports has identified one item for which Buffalo may be grateful as Thanksgiving approaches, and it is Tim Allen. According to CBS Sports, Josh Allen doesn’t require an all-world setup. He has been a one-man show to maintain the Bills among the AFC’s top teams despite a receiving corps that has been reorganized and periodically troubled by injuries. There’s a chance for another run.

Allen is doing a fantastic job of passing the ball to whichever receiver is open as the Bills offense has been booming lately, scoring at least 30 points in each of their previous five games. With Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Dalton Kincaid, Mack Hollins, Dawson Knox, and Curtis Samuel all having their moments this season, defenders are confused since there isn’t a clear No. 1 receiver to focus on. All of it, however, is due to Allen’s play, which has demonstrated that he does not require the “all-world” setup as CBS said; he is capable of leading an attack that is composed of guys who aren’t well-known.

And the Bills organization is undoubtedly grateful for it.
