Despite some anticipation before the season, the Denver Broncos’ 2023 NFL season didn’t go as expected.

Many believed Sean Payton could help turn this squad around right away by helping to right the ship.

But Payton encountered some difficulties all season, and the club failed to start the season well.

Russell Wilson may have had some underlying problems, but the season as a whole didn’t seem to be coming together.

Many people said that their roster was disorganized, which made it hard for the club to gain any momentum in the last minutes.

Even though they had problems in his first season as head coach, Payton is optimistic that things are improving.

Troy Renck shared a recent press conference in which he discussed the team on Twitter.

“This team’s composition and chemistry are completely different from a year ago,” Payton stated.

Payton believes that there is a problem with this team.

Even if the AFC West is still a challenging division, maybe they can turn things around and make a significant breakthrough in 2024.

Naturally, the Kansas City Chiefs remain the overwhelming favorites to win the division.

They will be difficult to defeat because they have just become stronger during the offseason.

Although the Los Angeles Chargers haven’t necessarily made any significant squad changes, a new head coach should also help them start off strong.

The other two teams that stand in the Broncos’ path are dangerous enough, even though the Las Vegas Raiders may not pose a threat to them winning the division.
