The Buffalo Bills selected Wildgoose in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft after he played collegiate football at Wisconsin. After being cut during cutdowns, he joined the practice squad and was soon after signed to the active roster by the New York Jets. In his debut season, he would end up playing in five games and recording three tackles.
The Jets cut Wildgoose during cutdowns the next training camp, and the Washington Commanders took him off waivers for their 2022 campaign. He would play in fifteen more games, starting three of them as a nickel corner. In 2023, his contract was extended for one year; nevertheless, he was terminated during cutdowns once more.
In 2023, Wildgoose made the decision to become a YouTuber rather than play football. He maintained a channel on the platform that featured short films on a range of subjects.
