Aaron Judge, a star with the New York Yankees, is among the best batters in MLB history. He doesn’t even seem to believe that he is his team’s top batter, though.
Judge talked with media on Tuesday following the Yankees’ 4-1 victory over the Chicago White Sox at Chicago, Illinois’ Guaranteed Rate Field.
Juan Soto, Judge’s great teammate, had an incredible game, hitting three home runs to account for all four runs the Yankees scored against the White Sox.
The judge was questioned over Soto’s performance. The 6’6″ slugger responded by praising his teammate above and above.
Judge praised Soto, saying, “That’s why he’s the greatest hitter in the game.” “He’ll do damage if you leave a pitch in the zone.”
Soto responded to the compliment in kind.
