ESPN: Former 5-Star quarterback explains his decision to move from Alabama to Ohio State.
One of the Crimson Tide’s top-rated 2024 recruits was the five-star prospect. Before Saban informed the squad, it appeared as though the next phase of his football career was assured in Tuscaloosa. He had enrolled early and trained for the Rose Bowl with the Crimson Tide.
Sayin quickly accessed the portal and chose the Buckeyes for a variety of reasons.
Sayin declared, “I definitely made the right choice coming up here.” “There were many considerations, but ultimately, all I wanted was to attend a school with a strong tradition, a distinguished quarterbacking heritage, and an environment in which I could grow.”
As Sayin was departing, Alabama received a commitment from a transfer named Austin Mack.
