According to an update on X from Belgian writer Sacha Tavolieri, Pierre Dwomoh of Royal Antwerp has held private negotiations with Leicester City.

After winning the Championship title, the Foxes must get ready for life in the Premier League, which won’t be an easy feat given their financial circumstances.

They could potentially afford a move for him, with €3 million the current price tag being discussed.

Luton may lose this race if they don’t move quickly though, with the Foxes having the advantage of already engaging in talks regarding personal terms, and they are also a top-flight team which could put the Midlands club at an advantage.

Given the interest from Luton Town and Leicester City, Pierre Dwomoh needs to prioritize playing time.

It’s remarkable that Dwomoh made 33 senior appearances for Molenbeek across all competitions last term, especially given his age.
